Ingredients to make Bharwa bhindi

  • 10 lady's finger
  • 1 tsp Red chillies powder
  • 1 tsp of turmeric
  • 1 tsp of dhaniya powder
  • 1 tsp of amchur powder
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of jeera
  • 1 tsp of oil

How to make Bharwa bhindi

  1. Slit the ladyfinger in the middle
  2. Mix salt, red chillies, turmeric and dhaniya powder and then fill the mixture in ladyfinger.
  3. Heat oil in the pan and add jeera and put the ladyfinger and saute for sometime.
  4. Add amchur powder
  5. After 10 minutes the bharwa ladyfinger is ready to be served with dal chawal
