Ingredients to make Curd curry

  • curd 2 cup
  • jeera half teaspoon
  • Rai half teaspoon
  • Curry patta 4-5
  • Green mirch 4-5
  • haldi as per the taste
  • Daniya as per the taste
  • salt as per the taste
  • besan 1 tablespoon

How to make Curd curry

  1. Take a mixer bowl, put curd, add besan, haldi and salt. Mix well...then on gas put kadai add small amount if oil...pour jeera, rai, hari mirch, curry patta, after that...when they were roasted deeply, add curd mixture...then add daniya.....
