Vermicelli with ice cream

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Ltr Milk
  2. Sugar
  3. Vermicelli
  4. Green cardamom powder
  5. Soaked saffron
  6. Crushed almond
  7. Vanilla ice cream
  8. Chocolate syrup
  9. Corn flour


  1. Boil the vermicelli in one liter milk, add sugar and cardamom powder.
  2. For making it thick add corn flour mix, saffron mix into the milk and boil it till it gets little thick consistency and let it cool down.
  3. Pour the mix into the shake glass. Put some vanilla ice cream on the top of the glass. Pour some chocolate syrup and crushed almond on the glass.
