Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk - 1L
  2. Falooda packet - 1 (I used kesar flavour)
  3. Flavoured jelly packet - 2 (I used banana and strawberry)
  4. Sponge cake - one packet
  5. Agar agar or china grass - 10 gram
  6. Water - half cup
  7. Sugar as per taste(store bought falooda and jellypackets have sugar)


  1. Soak the Agar agar in half Cup water for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the jellies as per the instruction shown in the packet and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan boil milk with falooda mixture and add the soaked Agar agar with water. Mix and cook well in a medium heat. Turn off the heat and keep aside.
  4. In a wide glass bowl layered falooda cake with step-by-step process.
  5. Arrange the first layer with falooda mixture.Allow to set for 10 minutes in the fridge.
  6. Then add the strawberry jelly mixture as a second layer. Allow to set for 10 minutes in the fridge.
  7. Now add the falooda mixture again as a third layer.
  8. Add the spongy cake as a Fourth layer. Allow to set for 10 minutes in the fridge.
  9. No add the banana jelly mixture as a fifth layer.Allow to set for 10 minutes in the fridge.
  10. Repeat the process as shown in the pictures.
  11. After finishing the process,keep the falooda cake in the fridge for two to three hours.
  12. While serving,invert the falooda cake upside down with the help of a plate.
  13. Cut and serve nicely.
