Ingredients to make Greek yogurt and fruit breakfast bowl !

  • 1 large : mango peeled, pitted and pureed
  • 1 cup : vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp : pure agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp : dried cranberries
  • Few pecans
  • Few honey cornflakes (for garnish)

How to make Greek yogurt and fruit breakfast bowl !

  1. Peel, deseed and puree the mango in a blender.
  2. Mix the agave nectar with vanilla Greek yogurt.
  3. In a glass/ bowl add a scoop of pureed mango followed by vanilla Greek yogurt and so on until it's full.
  4. Here I used full fat vanilla Greek yogurt as I prepared for kids. Low fat can be definitely substituted.
  5. Top the yogurt bowls with dried cranberries, pecans, corn flakes and a drizzle of agave nectar
