This very awesome light chicken is 15 minutes recipe, if planned and done.Yogurt/Dahi, mint and coriander paste, packed it with the taste and its heavenly look. All chicken lovers cant miss making it!!

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 full chicken fresh, curry cut pieces
  2. 250 grams curd/ yogurt
  3. 1 bunch mint
  4. 1 bunch coriander
  5. 2-3 tblspn ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspn bush red color
  7. 2 tablespoon red chilli Kashmiri powder
  8. 1 tblspn garam masala
  9. 1/4 tspn nut meg powder
  10. 1 tspn pepper
  11. 1 tblspn cumin coriander powder
  12. salt to taste


  1. Wash clean chicken well, squeeze water well
  2. Now make a paste of curd, coriander leaves and Mint..
  3. Apply the ginger garlic paste, salt, curd paste to the chicken and keep aside
  4. Add garam masala, pepper and cumin coriander powder
  5. Heat oil in a pot, add the marinated chicken into this, put to cook
  6. Simmer for ten minutes then add the bush red color
  7. Mix well and cover cook on slow 5 minutes and increase flame roast well now
  8. Serve hot sprinkled with fresh coriander, as a starter or main dish
