Ingredients to make Murgh Roast

  • 2 full chicken fresh, curry cut pieces
  • 250 grams curd/ yogurt
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 2-3 tblspn ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspn bush red color
  • 2 tablespoon red chilli Kashmiri powder
  • 1 tblspn garam masala
  • 1/4 tspn nut meg powder
  • 1 tspn pepper
  • 1 tblspn cumin coriander powder
  • salt to taste

How to make Murgh Roast

  1. Wash clean chicken well, squeeze water well
  2. Now make a paste of curd, coriander leaves and Mint..
  3. Apply the ginger garlic paste, salt, curd paste to the chicken and keep aside
  4. Add garam masala, pepper and cumin coriander powder
  5. Heat oil in a pot, add the marinated chicken into this, put to cook
  6. Simmer for ten minutes then add the bush red color
  7. Mix well and cover cook on slow 5 minutes and increase flame roast well now
  8. Serve hot sprinkled with fresh coriander, as a starter or main dish

Roast well and dry all masala
