ABOUT Beet kheera salad in rice rolls with mayo chilli sauce RECIPE

It is healthy, tasty salad which can taken as breakfast also

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Beet chopped in thin slices
  2. Kakri or kheera also in thin slices
  3. Sweet chilli sauce
  4. Salt and pepper for taste
  5. Rice paper 2
  6. Mayo 2 tsp
  7. Sauce 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take beet and kheera
  2. Mix other ingredients and toss all of them
  3. Take water in big plate and soak rice paper in it for 2 min
  4. It becomes soft. Take it out and keep over towel to absorb water
  5. Then place it on board, spread salad lengthwise like spring rolls on one side
  6. Then first fold both sides
  7. And then roll it tightly and make a log
  8. Prepare all rolls like that
  9. Add mayo, sauce and mix
  10. Cut slanting the rolls, chill and serve
