Palak beet carrot paneer roll with mayo and salad

Ingredients to make Palak beet carrot paneer roll with mayo and salad

  • 2 1/4 cup wheat flour
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 cuo beet puree
  • 1/4 cup palak puree
  • 2 tbsp carrot puree
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 cup paneer cubes
  • 1 cup all three colour bell pepper chopped in squares
  • 1 cup onion squares
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder for carrot dough
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • Pinch of hing
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Green chutney
  • Mayo
  • Cartot and raddish salad

How to make Palak beet carrot paneer roll with mayo and salad

  1. Take 1 cup of flour and add beet puree,salt and oil
  2. Add required water and make a dough
  3. Take 3/4 cup flour and add palak puree,salt oil and make a dough
  4. Then lastly take 1/2 cup of flour and add carrot puree,salt,oil and haldi and make dough
  5. Take carrot dough and make Roll with your palm
  6. Now take palak dough and make roll same size of carrot roll
  7. Now roll down it a little fir put carrot roll in it and wrapped it with palak roll
  8. Lastly roll down beet dough more then palak dough and put previous roll in it and cover it finely
  9. Now cut this roll in small parts
  10. Press a little and make thin tortia
  11. Heat oil in pan add jeera,hing and onion
  12. Saute and add bell peppers
  13. Cook a little and add paneer
  14. Add all spices and sauce
  15. Our filling is ready
  16. Now take a torta and spread green chutney on it
  17. Then add filling lengthwise
  18. Make tight roll
  19. Fizzle mayo and serve with salad
  20. Garnish with coriander leaves
