ABOUT Sprouted Moong Salad RECIPE

A refreshing salad, which can even be enjoyed as a mid-day snack on a sweltering hot day when you don’t feel like eating anything spicy or oily but want something tangy, tasty and sumptuous.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 1/2 cups sprouted and boiled moong (whole green gram)
  2. 3/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
  3. 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  4. 1 tbsp finely chopped raw mango
  5. 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  6. 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  7. 2 tsp lemon juice
  8. 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
  9. 1/2 tsp black salt
  10. Salt to taste


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled
