Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl sprouted moong
  2. 1/2 bowl Anar ( pomegranate)
  3. 1 Onion
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. 1/2 Lemon juice
  7. 7-8 olives
  8. Fresh pudina leaves
  9. Crushed black pepper according to taste
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 tea spoon chat masala
  12. 1 table spoon olive oil


  1. Take sprouted moong
  2. Remove pomegranate seeds
  3. Chopped onion and tomato
  4. Chopp green chillies
  5. Tore pudina leaves with hand
  6. In a bowl take sprouted moong, anar seeds.
  7. Add chopped tomato, onion n chilles
  8. Now add olives, black pepper, and pudina leaves
  9. Add salt, chat masala, black pepper powder, lemon juice and olive oil mix
  10. Add this to the bowl with moong and Anar mix n toss
  11. Serve
