ABOUT Sprouted moong salad RECIPE

This is very healthy salad , made with sprouts which are very rich in proteins and minerals. This can be served on the side or as a whole meal by itself.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup sprouted moong
  2. 1/4cup chopped carrot
  3. 1/4cup chopped onion
  4. 1/4cup chopped capsicum
  5. 1/4cup chopped cabbage
  6. 1Chopped tomato
  7. 1green chilli chopped
  8. Some pomegranate seeds
  9. 1tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  10. 1tsp chaat masala
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1/4tsp black salt
  13. 1tsp vinegar
  14. 1tsp seesam oil (Optional)


  1. Mix all vegetables properly ,then add salt, black salt, chaat masala, green chillies,vinegar . Give it a good mix and serve.
