Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinach- 1 cup shredded
  2. pumpkin diced- 3/4 cup
  3. Whey- 400 ml
  4. Besan- 1 teaspoon
  5. Pure Ghee- 2 tablespoon
  6. Kadi Patta- 7-8
  7. Mustard seeds- half teaspoon
  8. Green chilli- 1 seeds removed
  9. Red chilli powder- 1 teaspoon
  10. Garlic- 1.5 teaspoon
  11. salt to taste


  1. Boil pumpkin and keep aside.
  2. Saute spinach in a pan, add pumpkin and mash well
  3. Blend gram flour into the whey and add to vegetables.Add 1 green chilli. Keep stirring till it boils
  4. Add salt keep stirring for 10 minutes on low heat
  5. Take a pan add remaining ghee .Add mustard seeds, chili powder and garlic.Season spinach and pumpkin curry with it
