Ingredients to make Multi dal dahi puri

  • dahi 1 cup
  • Kidney beans 2 tsp
  • Channa dal 2 tsp
  • Masoor dal 2 tsp
  • peas 2 tsp
  • Chole chana 2 tsp
  • salt 2 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • amchur powder 1 tsp
  • jeera powder 1 tsp
  • onion 1 small
  • tomato 1
  • coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Puris 15
  • Green chutney 1/2 bowl
  • Sweet tamarind chutney 1/2 bowl

How to make Multi dal dahi puri

  1. First wash and soak all the types of lentils.... for one hour
  2. And then keep it in pressure cooker. Cook them for five whistles
  3. After take that lentils mix in another bowl. Then add salt, chilli powder, Amchur powder, jeera powder, chopped onion and tomato
  4. Now take the puris one by one and fill them with multi dal mix.
  5. And on that drop green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney
  6. And on that pour smooth curd.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and bhujia
  8. Have multi dal dahi puri in the evening time and enjoy healthy snack

My Tip:

If you don't have sweet tamarinds for chutney... Then you can add jaggery for tamarind chutney
