Dill leaves with masoor dal

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Masoor dal(red lentil) 250 gram
  2. Dill leaves a big bunch
  3. Onion 1 big
  4. Greenchilli and garlic paste 1/2 table spoon
  5. Garlic 2 cloves
  6. Oil 2 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Wash masoor dal,soak in water for 10 mins
  2. Wash dill leaves cut and keep a side.
  3. Cut onion and keep a side
  4. Make a paste of green chilly, garlic & cloves.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, add onion & saute until translucent.
  6. Add green chilly paste saute for 10 secs.
  7. Add chopper dill leaves fry for 5 mins.
  8. Add soaked masoor dal cover it and cook on low flame.
  9. Sprinkle little water mix well add crushed garlic mix and switch off the flame.
