Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Atta / wheat flour -1cup
  2. Salt 1\2 tsp
  3. Oil 1\2 tsp
  4. Chickpeas -1cup
  5. Onoin-1 big
  6. Garlic-3 cloves
  7. Dhania/ coriander powder -1tsp
  8. Jeera powder -1tsp
  9. Black pepper powder -1tsp
  10. Dry parsley -1tsp
  11. Chilli flakes -1tsp
  12. Besan-2tbsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Coriander leaves -2tbsp
  15. Oil -for deep frying
  16. Carrot-1
  17. Onion-1
  18. Cabbage -1 small piece
  19. Mayonnaise -2tbsp
  20. Mustard sauce -1tbsp
  21. Tomato sauce -1tbsp
  22. Pepper powder -1tsp
  23. Salt to taste
  24. Tomato sauce -1tbsp
  25. Mayonnaise - 1tbsp
  26. Coriander leaves few strings.

Instructions

  1. Soak chickpeas overnight.
  2. Drain the water.
  3. Grind to a coarse paste by adding onion, garlic,jeera powder, dhania powder, dry parsley, pepper powder,chilli flakes. coriander leaves and salt to taste.
  4. Add besan to the mixture. Mix well.
  5. Make small balls flatten them and deep fry in hot oil.
  6. Add salt and 1 tsp oil to the atta and knead a smooth dough.
  7. Make two balls roll and make two chapatis/roti of it.
  8. For coleslaw mix cabbage, onion , carrot (cut into thin slices), mayonnaise, mustard sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper .
  9. Brush a little oil on the chapati.Roast lightly.
  10. Mix tomato sauce, mayonnaise , pepper powder and coriander leaves.
  11. Now spread this mixture over the chapati put some coleslaw and falafel.
  12. Wrap it tightly. Cut into halves .
  13. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve.
