ABOUT Peach Bellini RECIPE

Peach Bellini is originated in Venice, Italy. Bellini is basically a cocktail of peach puree and sparkling wine, but here I share a non-alcoholic version of it. Best drink in Summer.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup peach slices(frozen or fresh)
  2. 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  3. 2 tsp sugar/sugar substitute
  4. 1 tbsp Lime juice
  5. 1 cup club soda

Instructions

  1. In a blender add peach slices, lime juice, apple cider and sugar. Blend it to make puree.
  2. Refrigerate the peach puree for 1 hour.
  3. Pour into two glasses and add club soda over on it. Enjoy!!
