Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mung beans 1/2cup
  2. Moth beans 1/2cup
  3. Boiled potato 1
  4. Chopped onion 3tbsp
  5. Chopped capsicum 3tbsp
  6. Chopped carrot 2tbsp
  7. Chopped green chilli 1
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  10. Chat masala 1/2tsp
  11. Lemon juice 1tbsp
  12. Rice flour 4tbsp
  13. Bread crumbs 4tbsp
  14. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak mung and moth bean for 6-7hours.After 6-7 hours pressure cook with salt for 2-3 whistles.
  2. After pressure, release drains the excess water if any.
  3. In a bowl all the ingredients along with boiled mix and make a dough.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan.
  5. Take a portion of dough give it desired shape and deep fry it in hot oil till golden brown texture.
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
