Ingredients to make Mirchina

  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger peeled and grated
  • 1 or 2 thin slices of green chili
  • 10 to 12 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • Lemony soft drink to top off (optional)
  • Ice cubes to serve

How to make Mirchina

  1. Blend or muddle the grated ginger, chili, and the mint leaves.
  2. Add the honey, lime juice, and sea salt and mix well.
  3. Add the 2 cups of sparkling water. Serve over ice as an appetite.
  4. To serve as a digestive, top each glass with the lemony soft drink of your choice.
