Grind the spices together in the grinder into a smooth paste. Marinate the chicken pieces with the spices, lemon juice, and salt for 2 hours.
Add the chicken with the marinade in a wok or kadhai and cook covered with a lid for 20 minutes till the marinate is dried and absorbed.
Take it out from the pan and pass the pieces through the steel rods and burn it directly over the flames
Mix Kashmiri chilly powder with oil and add it little by little on the chicken pieces so that it does not become too dry.
