American Grilled Lamb is a very popular recipe in America.Now I tried this recipe using Sprig Syracuse Powder and it came out so tasty and also gave a smoky effect.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sprig Syracuse Powder-3teaspoons
  2. Lamb pieces (boneless)-4 pieces (medium)
  3. Salt-1teaspoon
  4. White vinegar-1teaspoon
  5. Ceyenen Powder-1/2teaspoon
  6. Barbeque sauce-1 teaspoon
  7. Olive oil-2 teaspoons


  1. Add 1teaspoon white vinegar into lamb pieces
  2. Add 1teaspoon salt into lamb pieces
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon ceyenen powder
  4. Add 3teaspoons Sprig Syracuse Powder(American Flavoured Spice Powder)
  5. Add 1teaspoon barbeque sauce
  6. Mix well the lamb pieces with all the above mentioned spices
  7. Put a charcoal piece on gas stove at low flame for 15minutes
  8. Put the charcoal into a bowl,and put the bowl into the marinated lamb pieces bowl,pour 2teaspoons olive oil into this bowl,and cover the bowl with lid.Keep it aside for 10-12 hours
  9. Brush the lamb pieces and keep them on grill wrack and grill it for 15minutes both sides ,turn the lamb pieces inbetween and brush with oilve oil.
