Very delicious in aromatic spices and to be served with naan.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lamb liver 500grams.
  2. Onion 3nos .
  3. Ginger garlic paste 2table spoon.
  4. Red chilly powder 1table spoon.
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2tea spoon.
  6. Coriander powder 2table spoon
  7. Garam masala powder 1table spoon.
  8. Coriander leaves(chopped)1cup.
  9. Green chillies(chopped )4nos .
  10. Pepper corn 10nos.
  11. Cloves4nos .
  12. Green cardemom 4nos.
  13. Cumi seeds 1tea spoon .
  14. Bay leaves.2_3nos.
  15. Salt to taste.
  16. Oil 200 ml.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a vessel.slice onions thinly and fry till golden brown.take out onion and keep aside.
  2. Add whole garam masala in the remaining oil ,add liver.stir and cook on high flame till water dries.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste,and powdered spices.mix and lower the flame to medium.
  4. Add fried onion and add 2cups water and salt.
  5. Cook on medium flame for 25_30 minutes .if using pressure cooker cook till 2whistle on high flame ,then cook for 2_3minutes on medium flame.let pressure release itself.
  6. When liver is done add garam masala powder ,stir well.cook on low flame till oil separates from liver.
  7. Add water to adjust the consistency of gravy.garnish with chopped coriander leaves,green chillies and garlic julians.
  8. Serve with roti/boiled rice.
