Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 50G mutton liver
  2. 2tbsp oil
  3. 1tsp ginger-garlic paste
  4. 1/2 finely chopped onion
  5. 1tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1/2tsp turmeric
  7. 1/2tsp coriander powder
  8. 1tsp garam masala powder
  9. 1tsp pepper
  10. 1tsp mutton masala powder
  11. salt as per taste
  12. Fresh coriander


  1. Start by washing your mutton liver thoroughly. Make sure you strain all the water and have it drained.
  2. Take a cooker of your choice, add oil and liver. Let it saute for about 2 mintues. Wait until the liver has changed its colour.
  3. Once your liver has changed its colour, simmer down the stove and add all the mentioned spices and sautee until each liver peice is covered with spices.
  4. Sautee until the liver has absorbed the spices and close the cooker until 3 whistles.
  5. Lastly, add fresh coriander for garnishing.
