Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutton liver 200 gram
  2. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  3. Cardamom 2
  4. Cinnamon stick small
  5. Pepper jeera powder 2 tsp
  6. Oil as required
  7. Onion 3
  8. Coriander leaves as required
  9. Salt as required
  10. water 1/4 cup
  11. Red chilli powder 3 tsp


  1. In pressure cooker heat oil and add cardamom ,cinnamon stick and add onion saute it till golden brown.
  2. After add mutton liver.roast well for 10-15 min.now add turmeric powder,red chilli and salt.add little water and wait for 7 whistles.
  3. Now add pepper jeera powder and coriander leaves.cook in low flame.
  4. If there is water remaining ,cook untill water is absorbed.
  5. Spicy mutton liver fry is ready to taste.
