I have tried this recipe which is cooked in Rajasthan using red meat like dear

Ingredients to make mutton liver in Rajasthani style

  • mutton liver 1 kg
  • onion 1/2 kg
  • 4 tbsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1/2 sp methi dana
  • 2 sp cumin seeds chillypowder each
  • 1 sp black pepper crushed
  • 4 cardamom clove
  • 1 nut mage
  • 1 big cinnamon
  • small sp sajeera
  • all the spices should be grind properly
  • ghee 4 sp
  • salt to taste

How to make mutton liver in Rajasthani style

  1. Heat a kadhai with oil.
  2. Add the onions and saute them until golden brown in color, then add the ginger garlic paste, saute further.
  3. Afer some time add flesh stire for some time them add all the spices
  4. Sumer the flame add salt to taste and cover the lid
  5. then after 15 min add curd to it
  6. cook it proper till till all the flavours are released

My Tip:

It should be cooked in low flame and do not add water
