  1. 1.cooked rice 2cups
  2. 2.mustard seeds 1teaspoons
  3. 3.dry redchillies 5
  4. 4.chana dal 4teaspoons
  5. 5.groundnut s 6teaspoons
  6. 6.hingpowder 1teaspoon
  7. 7.uraddal 1teaspoon
  8. 8.greenchillies 4
  9. 9.curryleaves 3 teaspoons
  10. 10.1/2 cup grated Amla paste
  11. 11.salt per taste
  12. 12.tumeric per taste
  13. 13.oil 4teaspoons

Instructions

  1. 1.cook the rice in a cooker and let it cool for some time ,then add salt,tumeric, oil to the rice.
  2. 2.now put a pan,heat oil and temper that is fry ground nuts.
  3. 3.next fry mustard seeds,dry redchillies,hingpowder, curryleaves,chanadal,uraddal.
  4. 4.finally fry grated Amla paste until raw smell goes.tempered paste is ready.
  5. 5.now add this tempered paste to ur rice.yummy Amla pulihora is ready to serve.
