Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Kidney Beans Boiled - 1 bowl
  2. Boiled Basmati Rice - 1/2 bowl
  3. Tomato Puree - 1 cup
  4. Chopped Tomato - 200 gm
  5. Chopped Onion - 150 gm
  6. Chopped Ginger - 2 tsp
  7. Chopped Green Chili - 2 tsp
  8. Red Chilly Powder- 1 tsp
  9. Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  11. Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
  12. Green Coriander Leaves - 2 tsp
  13. Mint Leaves - 2 tsp
  14. Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
  15. Cheese Cubes - 2
  16. Eggs - 2
  17. Bread Crumbs - 50 gm
  18. Oil - for frying
  19. Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  20. Basil Leaves - 4 to 5

Instructions

  1. Heat a Pan and add oil to it. Add onion and saute it till brown. Add ginger, garlic, and then add chopped tomato. Sit and add all the spices. Cook it for 4- 5 min on low flame.
  2. Divide this masala in two parts. Add rajma in one part and mix properly. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a bowl add cooked rajma, boiled rice, chopped coriander, chopped green chili, lemon juice, and roasted peanut. Mix and make a dough of this mixture. Make small balls and stuff small pieces of cheese cube in them by pressing in the center and closing from all sides.
  4. Beat the egg to make egg wash. Dip these rice ball in egg wash then coat with bread crumbs. Fry on medium heat.
  5. For Tomato sauce : Take a pan and add tomato puree, salt, black pepper and crushed garlic. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. Add vinegar and sugar. Cook it for 2-3 min then add basil leaves. Turn off the heat.
  6. Garnish the crispy cheesy rajma chawal balls with cheese and serve hot with spicy, tangy tomato sauce.
