Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton minced (keema) - 250 gm
  2. Coriander - fresh and chopped 4 tbs
  3. Pudina - fresh and chopped 4 tbs
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbs
  5. Egg - 1
  6. Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  7. Corn flour - 3 tbs
  8. Garam masala powder - 2 tbs
  9. Red Kashmiri chili powder - 3 tbs
  10. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Take minced mutton in a bowl. Add ginger garlic paste, coriander, pudina, garam masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, corn flour and egg. Mix and give a nice churn in the grinder.
  2. Heat oil in kadhai on low flame. Make small balls of the keema mix and deep fry till golden brown.
  3. Serve hot with sauce.
