Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Salt and ajwain to taste
  3. Desi ghee for moyan and roasting
  4. Left over aloo ki sabji...1/2 cup
  5. Butter...1 cube

Instructions

  1. Mix salt, ajwain and 1 tea spoon desi ghee in the wheat flour
  2. Knead dough with the help of water or milk and give it rest of 10 minutes
  3. Mash aloo sabji with potato masher
  4. Take a ball from the dough, flatten it and add mashed aloo sabji in the middle, gather all the sides and again roll with rolling pin
  5. Roast paratha in both sides with desi ghee and enjoy with makhan maar ke, it's yum
