ABOUT Short Bread Biscuits In Pressure Cooker RECIPE

Combination of Gram flour and wheat flour comes out as delectable recipe from our old companion pressure cooker.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Gram flour 1 cup
  2. Whole wheat flour 1/2cup
  3. semolina 1tbsp
  4. Baking powder 1/2tsp
  5. ghee 1/2cup
  6. cardamom 4-6 crushed
  7. sugar powdered 1/2cup
  8. Chopped pistachios 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Arrange your ingredients. Whisk ghee and sugar together. Add wheat flour to it and mix to make a smooth batter.
  2. Add gram flour, cardamom powder to this batter and mix. Finally add baking powder and knead a smooth dough .
  3. Now get your pressure cooker ready by dusting the inside bottom with salt. Place a stand over it and heat it up for 5 minutes.
  4. While the pressure cooker gets ready, make small balls from the dough. Place the balls on an already greased plate.
  5. Now place this plate with balls on the stand and close the pressure cooker without the whistle. Cook over slow heat for 15 minutes.
  6. Open the lid and let the biscuits cook on rack. Keep them in air tight jar.
