We all like paneer so i used it to fill inside a donut. It's crispy from outside but inside it's soft, spicy and crunchy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Filling : Oil 1tsp
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  3. Paneer grated 1 cup
  4. Onion chopped 1 medium size
  5. Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup
  6. Garam masala 1tsp
  7. Dry mango powder 1tsp
  8. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  9. Cashew 10
  10. Salt to taste
  11. For donuts : All purpose flour ( maida ) 1cup
  12. Oil 5tsp
  13. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  14. Soda a pinch
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Oil for deep fry
  17. For One minute Dip : Tomato sauce 5tsp
  18. Cumin powder 1tsp
  19. Chillie flakes 1tsp
  20. Pepper powder 1tsp
  21. Salt to taste
  22. For garnishing : Sesame seeds 1tsp


  1. In a bowl put flour and add oil. Mix it well by rubbing between the palm. Add salt, soda and cumin seeds along with a little water. Knead a tight yet soft dough. Put it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, when they splutter add ginger garlic paste. Cook for 30 seconds. Add onion, cook till brown then add grated paneer. Mix well. Add coriander leaves, garam masala, dry mango powder and cook for 30 seconds. Switch off the flame.
  3. Heat oil for deep frying pan. Make 2 parts of the dough.
  4. Roll a strip from the dough , sprinkle some cashews and paneer filling and roll into a doughtnut shape. Sprinkle more cashews.
  5. Join the edges with water. Deep fry till the donut gets browned from all sides.
  6. Dip : Take tomato sauce add chilie flakes, pepper powder, cumin powder, juice of half a lemon and salt and mix. Brush the dip all over the donuts. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve.
