Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw mangoes - 3 (medium size)
  2. Sugar - 1/4 to 1/2 cup
  3. Kala namak - 1 tsp
  4. Cumin (roasted and ground) - 2 tsp
  5. Mint leaves - 10 - 12
  6. Water - 3 Cups

Instructions

  1. Roast the mangoes evenly on all sides. When cool, peel the skin and remove all pulp. Put the pulp in cold water.
  2. Blend the mango pulp, and mint in a grinder. Add water. Mix sugar, salt and cumin. Blend well.
  3. Pour into glasses. Serve chilled.
