Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Murmura (puffed rice) - 4 Cups
  2. Boiled potatoes - 2 (big)
  3. Onions - 2 big
  4. Raw mango - 1 small
  5. Dates tamarind chutney - 2 cups
  6. Green chutney - 1 Cup
  7. Bhelpuri Poories - 12 to 15
  8. Nylon sev ( fine sev ) - 1 Cup
  9. Peanuts - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Roast murmura in a tbsp of oil and add salt and turmeric.
  2. Now collect all the ingredients to be added in bhel. Take some murmura in a bowl, add potatoes, onions, raw mango, peanuts, green chutney, tamarind dates chutney and mix properly.
  3. Sprinkle some crushed puri and sev and serve immediately.
