Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6 - Spinach leaves (whole)
  2. 11/2 tablespoon - Gram flour
  3. 1 - Boil potato, peeled and cubed
  4. 1 - Small tomato, chopped
  5. 2 tablespoon - Pomegranate seeds
  6. 1 small pack of aaloo bhujia
  7. 1/2 Cup - Curd (whisked)
  8. 2 tablespoon - Imli chutney
  9. Salt according to taste
  10. Red chilli according to taste
  11. Roasted cumin seeds powder
  12. Garam masala - as per taste


  1. Mix salt, red chilli and garam masala in gram flour and make batter with the help of water.
  2. Wash and dry spinach leaves on a kitchen towel.
  3. Heat oil in kadai, dip leaves in batter carefully and fry.
  4. Arrange fried leaves in plate add potato cubes, chopped tomato, whisk curd, imli chutney on it. Sprinkle roasted cumin seeds powder, aaloo bhujia and pomegranate seeds on it.
  5. Seeve immediately.
