Palak pakoda in a chaat platter just wonderful.very very tasty and delicious.crispy palak pakoda with curd ,chutneys and sev tastes amazing.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6 big spinach leaves
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tsp Haldi
  6. 1/4 tsp carrom seeds
  7. Oil for frying
  8. 1 tsp chaat masala
  9. 1 cup curd
  10. 1 tsp sugar
  11. Imli chutney as required
  12. Green chutney as required
  13. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  14. 2 chop green chilli
  15. Pomegranate seeds
  16. Coriander leaves
  17. Sev bhujiya
  18. Salt as per taste
  19. Roasted jeera powder
  20. Red chilli powder for sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Waah spinach leaves
  2. Take besan in a bowl add spices
  3. Make a medium batter not thick
  4. Heat oil in pan
  5. Dip palak leaf in besan batter and fry in oil
  6. Take curd and whisk
  7. Add sugar in it
  8. Now in a plate take palak pakoda
  9. Add onion and curd
  10. Sprinkle salt, chilli powder
  11. Then add both chutneys
  12. Add green chilli and pomegranate seeds
  13. Garnish with sev bhujiya and coriander leaves
  14. Serve immediately otherwise crunch will disappear
