Ingredients to make Crispy palak pakoda chaat

  • 6 big spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp haldi
  • 1/4 tsp carrom seeds
  • oil for frying
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • imli chutney as required
  • Green chutney as required
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 chop green chilli
  • pomegranate seeds
  • coriander leaves
  • Sev bhujiya
  • salt as per taste
  • Roasted jeera powder
  • red chilli powder for sprinkle

How to make Crispy palak pakoda chaat

  1. Waah spinach leaves
  2. Take besan in a bowl add spices
  3. Make a medium batter not thick
  4. Heat oil in pan
  5. Dip palak leaf in besan batter and fry in oil
  6. Take curd and whisk
  7. Add sugar in it
  8. Now in a plate take palak pakoda
  9. Add onion and curd
  10. Sprinkle salt, chilli powder
  11. Then add both chutneys
  12. Add green chilli and pomegranate seeds
  13. Garnish with sev bhujiya and coriander leaves
  14. Serve immediately otherwise crunch will disappear
