Panner potli is an interesting and delicious preparation that you can serve at parties.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Cup - Besan
  2. 1 pinch - Soda
  3. 1- Onion, finely chopped
  4. 1 tbsp - Red chilli powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. For Filling : 1/2 Cup - Boiled corn
  8. 1 Cup - Crumbled Panner
  9. 1/2 - Onion, chopped
  10. 1/2 tbsp - Ginger garlic paste
  11. 1/2 tbsp - Red chilli Powder
  12. 1/2 tbsp - Garam masala
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl take besan, soda, onion, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix everything. Add water in besan mixture and make a smooth batter.
  2. Heat pan, pour a little oil and saute the onions. Add ginger garlic paste, paneer and corn and mix well.
  3. Add red chlii powder, salt , garam masala and coriander leaves, mix well and keep aside.
  4. Now heat nonstick tawa and pour a ladle full of besan batter, spread it like a cheela. Cook it till done crisp then flip the side. Cook again till it browns.
  5. Now take small portion of filling and place it in the center of the cooked cheela. Make potli from chilla and tie it with green spring onion.
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
