Dill Leaves & Parmesan Dip

Ingredients to make Dill Leaves & Parmesan Dip

  • Dill Leaves – 1 Cup, tightly packed
  • cashew Nuts – ¼ Cup
  • pumpkin Seeds - 1 tbsp
  • yogurt – ½ Cup
  • lemon Juice – 20 ml
  • Grated Feta Cheese – ½ tbsp
  • pepper – 1/3 tsp
  • Parmesan Cheese – ½ Cup
  • salt - to taste
  • water - as needed

How to make Dill Leaves & Parmesan Dip

  1. Wash and chop the dill leaves roughly.
  2. Take a mixer and add dill leaves,1/2 of the cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds, yogurt, salt and feta cheese.
  3. Grind well, if needed you may add water but the dip should be thick enough. So add only little by little based on your need.
  4. Add the remaining cashews, Parmesan cheese along with pepper and grind again. This is done the second time so that the dip would have some crunchiness of cashew’s and we can feel the taste of Parmesan. Squeeze lemon juice and grind just once so that it gets mixed well.
  5. Serve them along with Nachos or any chips.

My Tip:

You may replace the pumpkin seeds with watermelon seeds.
