ABOUT Ragi Idli RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1½ Cup - Rice
  2. 11/3 Cup - Urad daal
  3. 1 Cup - Ragi millet
  4. 1 tsp - Methi dana
  5. 1/4 Cup - chana dal
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for greasing Idli Mould

Instructions

  1. Soak everything for four hours then grind to a smooth paste. Leave it to ferment for eight hours.
  2. Add salt and mix the batter well. Grease Idli molds and steam the idli for ten minutes.
  3. Serve with your favorite coconut chutney.
