Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500gm - Curd
  2. Water as required
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tsp - Roasted jeera
  5. Black pepper as desired
  6. Black salt as desired
  7. 1/2 - Green chilli
  8. 1 tsp - Chopped coriander

Instructions

  1. Blend curd with water in a mixer till no lumps remains.
  2. Mix all the remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour it in a jug and chill. Add ice cubes and serve.
