Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mung dal 100 gram
  2. Soya chunks 12-15 pieces
  3. Frozenpeas 50gram
  4. Onion 1fine chopped
  5. Ginger 1 inch piece
  6. 2 green chilly
  7. Salt,redmirchi,as per taste
  8. 2 pinch haldi
  9. 1 tomato .fi e chopped

Instructions

  1. First of all dal ko 2 hours k liye soak kre,then grind it
  2. Soya chunks ko b half hour k liye soak kre..now grind it
  3. Pan gram kre,add 1 teaspoon oil
  4. Add fine chopped onion .,ginger and green chilly..cook 2..3 minutes Add tomato
  5. Now add grinded soya n peas..mix it
  6. Now add salt .redmirchi.2 pinch hldi.and half lemon juice
  7. Mix well for 2 minutes..stuffing ready
  8. Mung dal batter m ltl salt .red mirchi mix kre ..
  9. Nonstick twa gram kre..1 tablespoon batter dale.. equally speed kre as dosa..
  10. Ltl oil apply kre..low to midioum flame pr 2 minutes cook kre ..
  11. Now half tablespoon stuffing rkhe n fold it as roll..
  12. Ready h yummy healthy mung dal roll:ok_hand:
