ABOUT Chocolate Fudge With Sugar Glazed Nuts RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 Tin - MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk
  2. 1/2 Cup (60g) - Powdered sugar
  3. 1 Cup - Walnut coarsely chopped
  4. 100g - Butter
  5. 1/4 Cup (40 g) - Cocoa powder
  6. 2 tbsp-- Maida
  7. For glazed nuts : 1 Cup - Sugar
  8. 1 Cup - Chopped nuts
  9. 1/4 Cup - Water

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except walnuts in a karahi and heat.
  2. Cook on slow fire till mixture thickens and starts moving in a mass (soft ball stage).
  3. Stir in the walnuts and pour onto a greased plate/tray, smooth the surface.
  4. To caramelize the nuts : Take a pan, add sugar and water to it. Boil it for 5 min or till the sugar syrup become thick.
  5. Add chopped nuts and wait for five minutes then pour this mixture on fudge. Cool and cut into 2” squares.
