Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Walnut 1 cup
  2. Cocoa powder
  3. Ghee
  4. Almond 1/2 cup
  5. Powdered sugar
  6. Cashew nuts, Raisins 1/4 cup
  7. Milk 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Soak walnut in warm milk for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Roast almonds in ghee and grind them coarsely.
  3. Grind soaked walnuts and make a paste.
  4. Take ghee in a cooking pan.
  5. First fry (till they turn brown) cashew nuts in ghee and then add walnut, almond, cocoa powder in it. And let it cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Add raisins and stir occasionally.
  7. After 15 to 20 minutes turn off the flame.
  8. Serve delicious and healthy fudge.
