Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Multi grain atta - 1/2 Cup
  2. Soy atta - 1/2 Cup
  3. Butter - 100 gm
  4. Sugar - 1/3 Cup
  5. Salt- 1 tsp
  6. Cumin seeds - 11/2 tsp
  7. Milk - 1 tsp
  8. Egg - 1
  9. Red chilli - 3
  10. Curry leaves - 10 - 12

Instructions

  1. For making multi grain atta take 1 tbsp each dal ( tur dal, mosur dal, moong dal, urad dal, chana dal) and dry roast with 3 red chilies and 10 - 12 curry leaves.
  2. Put them into a grinder and grind to make a fine flour. Mix all the atta and add cumin seeds, baking powder and salt . Keep aside.

  4. Beat the butter and sugar till smooth. Add atta in the butter sugar mixture. Add egg and milk little by little and make a soft dough.
  5. Cover it with clean film and rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Roll the dough to medium thin sheet and cut it with cookie cutter. Transfer to baking tray and make tiny holes with a toothpick.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 degree.
  8. Cool them and kept in airtight container.
