Fresh mango pulp and fresh orange juice is used for making jelly with AgarAgar.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fresh mango purée 250 gms
  2. Fresh orange juice 1/2 cup
  3. Agar agar 2tbs
  4. Water 1 1/4 cup


  1. Chop the mangoes in small pieces.
  2. In a blender add chopped mangoes and orange juice. Blend into smooth purée .
  3. Take water in a Pan and add agar agar to it . Mix well it will take few minutes.
  4. When agar agar is mixed in the water , put the PAN on the gas stove and heat for few minutes.
  5. Now add in the mango pulp and with whisk mix properly, make sure there should be no lumps in the mixture .
  6. After 5-6 minutes take the PAN down from the heat at pour the mixture into the desired mould. I Left the jelly on the kitchen counter to set.
  7. when it has cooled down, place it in the fridge to chill.
