Bread poha is a very delicious and light snack, this is also a good recipe to make use of the lying breads in the refrigerators.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bread slice
  2. 1 Capsicum
  3. 1/2 cabbage
  4. 1 Onion
  5. 7-8 beans
  6. 1 tomato
  7. 7-8 table spoon milk
  8. 1 tea spoon lemon juice
  9. 4-5 table spoon oil
  10. 1 tea spoon Green chilli sauce
  11. 1/2 tea spoon sugar
  12. 2-3 green chillies
  13. Coriander leaves
  14. curry leaves
  15. 1/2 tea spoon mustard seeds
  16. 1/2 table spoon Red chilli powder
  17. 1/2 tea spoon garam masala
  18. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread in small pieces .
  2. Chop all the veggies and keep them aside.
  3. Take a pan and fry the bread pieces till the colour changes to light golden . And take them out in a plate.
  4. Heat another wok, add 4 table spoon oil , mustard seeds and curry leaves .
  5. Then add onion and shallow fry the onions.
  6. Then add the other veggies and saute them .
  7. Then add the spices . Red chilli powder , coriander powder , Haldi powder , garam masala , sugar , salt to taste and green chilli sauce .
  8. Now add the fried bread pieces and add 4-5 table spoon milk in it .
  9. Now mix it well then use the lid and keep it aside for 2 mins.
  10. Now garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot .
