ABOUT Paneer Kaleji RECIPE

This dish is an innovation of mine. A spicy, tangy and delicious recipe of paneer for hose special occasions where good food is mandatory.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gms paneer
  2. 2 tablespoons tea
  3. 1 Onion
  4. 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
  5. 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  6. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  7. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  8. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  9. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  10. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  11. 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Mirchi
  12. 1 teaspoon Kasuri Meethi
  13. 1 cup milk
  14. salt as per taste
  15. 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Firstly take 2 cup water and boiled the tea and strain with strainer.
  2. Then cut paneer into cubes and put​ into tea water and keep aside for 1/2 hours.
  3. Then in grinder put onion, poppy seeds and grind it.
  4. Meanwhile take out paneer from tea water.
  5. Then in kadhai put butter heat it then add cumin and crackle them.
  6. After that add onion paste and ginger garlic paste and saute till oil separated.
  7. Than add Coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, Garam masala powder, kashmiri Mirch, Kasuri Meethi.
  8. Saute for 5 min then add milk, if required to get more gravy then add water also.
  9. Then add paneer and give one boil.
  10. Enjoy with chappati and naan.
