Ingredients to make Restaurant style paneer tikka masala

  • 250 gm paneer
  • 2 onion cut in quater
  • 1 tomato cut in cube
  • 1 capsicum cut in cube
  • 1/2 cup hung curd
  • 2 tsp kitchen king masala
  • 2 tsp kasoori methi
  • 2 tsp kashmiri red chilli
  • 2 spoon ginger garlic paste
  • tandoori red colour [optionsl]
  • 4 laung [cloves]
  • 2 choti elaichi [green cardamom]
  • 1 tej patta [bay leaf]
  • 2 whole red chilli
  • 1 inch dalchini [cinnamon]
  • 1 tsp Dhaniya powder [coriander powder]
  • 1 tsp haldi [turmeric powder]
  • salt to taste
  • 2 spoon oil
  • ginger julienne 2 tsp
  • 2 spoon cream

How to make Restaurant style paneer tikka masala

  1. First cut paneer pieces in big cubes.
  2. mix hung curd with kasoori methi, 1 spoon kitchen king, 1 spoon kashmiri mirch, 1 spoon ginger garlic paste , salt and pinch tandoori colour.
  3. marinate paneer cubes in it for 30 mins.
  4. now boil tomato and onion.
  5. Make a paste of the boiled tomato and onion.
  6. now shallow fry marinated paneer pieces.
  7. in the same pan fry onion , tomato and capsicum cubes.
  8. now heat oil in a pan and put all whole spices.
  9. now fry ground onion tomato paste.
  10. add ginger garlic paste.
  11. fry it for 5 mins.
  12. add the rest all masala, salt and curd paste.
  13. Cook till the oil separates from the masala.
  14. add fry onion tomato and capsicum cubes.
  15. now add little water.
  16. now add paneer cubes.
  17. cook for 5 mins.
  18. now switch off the gas and mix the cream.
  19. Garnish with ginger julienne.
