Ingredients to make Karachi halwa

  • corn flour 1/4 cup
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • water 1 cup
  • Saffron strands 4 or 5 soaked in water
  • ghee 2 Tbsp
  • Orange crush of personal choice 1cup
  • Dry fruits chopped 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Rose water 1 tsp

How to make Karachi halwa

  1. Take all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Accept dry fruits.
  3. Add 1 tbsp ghee .
  4. Put in micro for 4 mnts
  5. Stirring in interval
  6. Add 1 tbsp ghee and dry fruits Nd mix.
  7. Mix rose water or vanilla ess.
  8. Again micro for 3 mnts.
  9. Take out and spread in a greased tray.
  10. Cool and cut into square pieces.
