ABOUT Roasted onion bread chilas RECIPE

An easy and healthy recipe for breakfast, shallow fried chilas and not deep fried or oil at all.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 8 slices of bread.
  2. Besan - 200 gm
  3. Onion 2
  4. Chili 2
  5. Coriender leaves
  6. Musturd oil 2 tablespoon
  7. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Make a batter of besan using water .
  2. Cut bread slices into two pieces
  3. Cut onion , chili,and coriender.
  4. Mix the vegetables in batter.
  5. And one by one dip the half pieces of bread in batter.
  6. And put them on gril or pan to be roasted.
  7. Put few drops of mustard oil so that it look shiny and royal..
