Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. gram flour or besan 1 cup
  2. Water for batter 1 1/2cup
  3. Semolina or sooji 1tbs
  4. Melon seed 1 tbs
  5. Cardamom powder 1/2tsp
  6. Saffron few strands
  7. For sugar syrup
  8. sugar 1 cup
  9. Water 1/2cup
  10. Silver leaf
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. And make like pakoda batter.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Pour batter in strainer spread with hand and fry in medium hot oil
  3. When boondis are done take in a plate. Let it cool.
  4. Make sugar syrup of two thread consistently.
  5. Add sugar syrup in boondi, and start making round shaped laddoo while it is warm.
  6. Apply silver leaf . And serve
