ABOUT Pineapple Raita RECIPE

Tangy and sweet pineapples combined with whisked curd gives a tongue tickling raita.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1/4 cup finely chopped canned pineapples.
  2. 1/2 cup whisked curd.
  3. 1 tsp powdered sugar.
  4. 1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder.
  5. Salt to taste.
  6. Pomegranate seeds for garnishing.

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for some time.
  3. Serve chilled.
  4. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
